Additional Notes of John B. Frain
| John Frain was born March 16, 1824 in Fayetteville, Chester Co., PA. John was a river boat pilot on the Mississippi River before the steamships. He piloted river rafts by oar. Later, he maintained a lighthouse in Louisianna, Missouri for the Louisianna, Missouri Pike Company. He retired and died in Missouri. John married a women named Elizabeth. |
